This handy table lets you see at a glance the different calories in fruit.

Fresh fruit is packed full of essential vitamins and nutrients that our bodies need to stay in peak condition. The natural sugars in fruit also make it an ideal choice when you fancy a little sweet treat – far healthier for us than a stodgy pudding full of refined carbohydrates and added sugars.

Nowadays, there’s so many different and delicious varieties of fruit available to choose from, from traditional apples and bananas to exotic guava and durian fruit. With such a wide choice, getting your 5-a-day should be a breeze!

Please note that all calorie values below are approximate only. Where a cup measurement is specified, this is usually about 250g (8 ounces), although the actual weight will of course vary depending on the specific ingredient.
